*Sigh of relief* Today us form 5 boys had RIMUP for basketball! There's a huge pressure on us because we are one of the favourites to win alongside 5 Genesis and 5 Pentiun! I definitely was under pressure because there was quite a huge crowd surrounding the court and they were supporting my class. For our first game... we fought against 5 Lycos. Our opponents weren't as easy as we thought because they really gave us a fight. The game was like so fast and one moment the ball is here and then it's on the other side of the court. I play also blur and plus I missed a few shots and rebound which made my team a little bit disappointed because they were hoping for me to be the top scorer. We merely defeated them because the difference in score between my class and 5 Lycos was only 1 Point! LOL!

In order to get into the finals, we had to play against 5 Pentium. Immediately after they won 5 Delphi, they had to play against us and I kinda feel bad for them because judging by the looks on their face... they were exhausted! But... in order to make up for my poor performance in the previous game, I gave my best in the game against 5 Pentium. In the end, we beat them by about 8 points and we managed to get into the FINALS!!! However... the final team which we are about to play against is one of the strongest team and I hope that we Amigans will figure out a strategy before we kena TA PAO! :O

Rimup!!!

OMG! Tomorrow is the start of RIMUP! ( I don't know what is the full name la) It's like an interclass competition in each form. For the form 5 boys, there will be basketball tomorrow! I don't know whether I'm fully prepared for the competition tomorrow because I have not fully recovered from my torn ligament which happened 2 months ago during a basketball practice. I have also not been practicing on my basketball and I'm getting a little rusty! Furthermore.. my teammates are all counting on me to be the top scorer of the team. ARGH!!! Pressure! LOL! :P

Here is the video of my semi-final performance for the Twelvean Talent Search! It's just a short demonstration of my skills because I want to save all the nice skills for finals so don't be disappointed after watching this video because there's still more to come in the FINALS!!! Woot Woot!!! Oh ya... for best results when watching this video, I suggest you turn your speaker volume to the MAX! ;)

Finally!!!

Remember in one of my post I said that I missed a lot of events and IU/IR days the past 3 months? Well, finally I got to perform my beatboxing again 2 days in a row!!! The day before yesterday was the semifinal round of my school's talent contest. Beatboxing is under the 'Others' category and due to the lack of contestants in both dancing and others, they merged the two categories. My only competition under the 'Others' category was the ' Yoyo/ Rubix Cube' Guy whose performance was totally boring and not extraordinary! Before I performed, Andrea asked me not to perform until so 'Geng' ( Good) because they wanted to get into the finals and beat the other dancing groups. So... I just did a few skills (which were pretty good because I had to save the best for the finals) because they only gave each contestant a 2 min time limit. When they announced my name, the other contestants were like... " KEN JEE!!! KEN JEE!!! KEN JEE!!! " :D After delivering a good performance ,I thanked the crowd and sat down with my other friends who were taking part in the singing category. They were like, " I hate you Ken Jee! " hahaha!

Yesterday, I performed at my school during the Teacher's Day celebration which was delayed due to the 1 month examination. But this year... I didn't perform my solo. Instead, I accompanied Harvinth who rapped and Muayyad a.k.a Fat Boy Not So SLIM who sang. We did a mash up of 3 songs- Down, I'm yours( malay version) and Numb Encore by linkin park. Our performance wowed the students and also the teachers because we were unique rather than the others who sang and played the guitar which are so cliche. After we performed, the three of us gained instant fame among the form 1 and 2 who were in the afternoon session. HAHA! I wish we could do this more often in the near future!!! Peace out! :P

Clarence's Birthday Party

As i said in my previous post ,I will be updating about Clarence/ Claire's birthday party which was held at Tai Pan business center in a steamboat restaurant called Garden Steamboat on the 10th of June. It was actually a last minute planning kinda celebration. I almost forgot that it was Clarence's birthday on the 7th of June. Thank you Facebook! So Janice and I had this idea of throwing a party for Clarence since we didn't get him anything the day before when we were at Sunway. After a few calls and notifications later on Facebook... the party was on! The only thing left was to figure out on how to make it a surprise party for Clarence. But thanks to some big mouthed woman named Samantha he almost found out that we were throwing a surprise party for him. Thank God my co-planner Janice thought of a story to make it seem that a few of us were only going to show up when in actual fact all 12 of us were going to show up at his party.

So that evening, I arrived at Tai Pan at around 6.10 and met up with Sue May, Janice, Eugene and Jedediah . We went to Secret Recipe to buy the birthday cake . Then, along the way to the steamboat restaurant... we met up with Mei Yen. When we arrived at the restaurant, there were only two people there and we were making so much of noise like we owned the bloody place. A few mintues later we were joined by Yi shuen, Patrick and Cheok Weng.

I told Clarence to come a little bit later because we didn't want him to find out that so many of us were there. He arrived at the place at around 6. 45 and our miserable attempt to surprise him actually went quite well. He was shocked that so many of us were there when he only expected 3 people to show up. We then started eating because all of us were pretty hungry . Sue may started taking all the prawns because she loved prawns! ( I think she a bit gila wan... cause that night itself, she took about 20 prawns.) . The gang were split into two tables. My table consisted of the birthday boy, Sue May, Eugene and Samantha who came 10 minutes later along with her family. Darshan joined the second table 15 minutes later. The whole night was just full of madness and mini competitions to see which table made the most noise, who would eat the most prawns ( obviously little miss prawn queen a.k.a TAN SUE MAY , won all of us by a clear mile) who would get the most fish... LOL!!!

After that... I took Samantha's DSLR and started taking pictures . I didn't know that all of them were such posers and camwhorers ! :P HAHA! After the cutting cake ceremony, we took a few more pictures, payed the bill and called it a night...

VB!!!

VB means very bored!!! Like OMG! Although i've had 2 outings with my friends already and i just went for clarence's birthday party yesterday, i still feel that the days are passing by very slowly.

Before i went to the gym today, i took my camera and i just started taking random pictures of myself. LOL! I will be blogging bout yesterday's birthday celebration with clarence a.k.a Claire, the super hot chick once my dear man tao of a fren, Sam finishes uploading those pictures!!! SAM!!! HURRY!!!
